Roseville K9 Major, GSD paralyzed in the line of duty in his Eddie’s Wheels dog wheelchair

We were delighted to see how well K9 Major is doing in the wheelchair we built for him  Visit this link to read his story and see his video, as reported the local tv station : http://kstp.com/news/stories/S2052146.shtml?cat=1

Major receives his physical therapy at the University of Minnesota  School of Veterinary School Small Animal Hospital.  We have long been affiliated with the rehab department there.  It is very gratifying to us that many of the major veterinary schools in the United States recommend Eddie’s Wheels carts for their disabled clients – including Tufts, Cornell, University of Pennsylvania, Ohio State, University of Georgia, University of Mississippi, Oregon State, University of Wisconsin, Louisiana State, Auburn University, University of Tennessee, and North Carolina State University.  Their endorsement of our dog wheelchairs is a testimony to the bio-mechanics of our design and the integrity of our craftsmanship.  Eddie’s Wheels are built to last the lifetime of your dog.

For K9 Major, we donated the blue powdercoating of his cart (normally a $250 surcharge) as a way of expressing our appreciation of Major’s service.  His prancing gait, and his obvious athleticism is an inspiration to us all – showing that disability need not be the end , but can be just the beginning of a new chapter of Major’s service to us all.
